LeadBot AI + Grok: Put Your Business Pipeline in the Conversation

LeadBot already uses xAI technology for its website chat experience. The MCP connector serves a different purpose: it lets a connected assistant work with your LeadBot account. Visitors keep chatting on your site while you review the business behind those conversations.

Available tools include listing leads and bookings, checking account statistics, retrieving an install snippet and managing bot training. A public website preview tool can also return a sample greeting and qualification questions before you create a bot.

Try a request such as: “Review my leads and bookings and help me prepare a follow-up plan.” Ask for the source records behind a summary so you can distinguish captured details from suggestions generated by the assistant.

For chatbot improvements, describe the exact greeting, FAQs or qualification questions you want. Review the proposed training changes before applying them: training updates may replace saved notes, and a clear instruction helps preserve the information your bot needs.

Use the LeadBot connector page for the current MCP endpoint and OAuth sign-in flow. Add it only in a Grok client that supports the required custom remote connector; access and setup can vary by client and account.

Once authorised, begin with read-only requests before making updates. You can keep Grok as your preferred planning tool while LeadBot remains the system capturing enquiries and organising appointments.
