After you authorise the connection, Claude can request LeadBot information through named tools, including captured leads, bookings and account statistics. Instead of pasting a spreadsheet into a conversation, ask for the records relevant to the task.

For example: “List my captured leads and help me prepare questions for the next sales call.” LeadBot supplies the available records; Claude can help organise them. Check the underlying information before relying on a summary or acting on a recommendation.

The connector also supports bot creation, website previews, installation snippets and training updates. You could ask Claude to draft better qualification questions based on your business notes, then review the wording before saving it.

Read-only tools inspect information. Write tools can create bots or update lead and training data. Be specific about which bot or lead you want changed, and review the proposed update before proceeding. Training updates may replace existing notes.
