Founding Agency Partner terms

1. Programme overview

The LeadBot AI Founding Agency Partner programme (“Programme”) allows eligible marketing agencies and web development firms to deploy LeadBot AI on client websites under partner pricing. Participation is limited to the first 100 approved partners.

2. Fees

Approved partners pay a one-time founding enrolment fee of $97 USD. After enrolment, partners pay $10 USD per month for each live Pro-tier client bot deployed under the Programme. Fees are billed in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Partner obligations

• Deploy LeadBot AI only on websites where the end client has authorised installation.
• Configure bots accurately and in compliance with applicable privacy and marketing laws.
• Not misrepresent LeadBot AI features, integrations, or availability.
• Maintain current contact and billing information.

4. LeadBot AI obligations

LeadBot AI will provide access to the partner dashboard, embed tooling, and support channels described at enrolment. Feature availability may change with reasonable notice. Integration status (e.g. Google Calendar live; HubSpot and Go High Level coming soon) is published on leadbotapp.com.

5. Intellectual property

LeadBot AI retains all rights to the platform, software, and branding. Partners receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to deploy the widget on approved client sites for the term of their participation.

6. Data and privacy

Partners are responsible for ensuring end clients understand how visitor data is collected and processed via the chat widget. See our privacy policy for details on LeadBot AI's data handling.

7. Term and termination

Either party may terminate participation with 30 days written notice. Outstanding per-client fees remain payable for active bots until decommissioned. The founding enrolment fee is non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadBot AI's liability under the Programme is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months. The platform is provided “as is” subject to the main terms of service.

9. Governing law

These partner terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Sydney, NSW, unless mandatory consumer protections apply in your jurisdiction.
